论证了农村土地承包经营权应该允许继承的观点,检讨了耕地和草地的承包经营权不能继承的观点。在此基础上,进一步分析了现行农村土地承包经营权继承制度的缺陷,同时,对农村土地承包经营权继承制度的完善之问题提出了一些建议。

Improving the Inheritance System of Rural Land Contracted Management Right

This paper demonstrates the viewpoint that the rural land contracted management rights can be inherited, and reviews the viewpoint that the contracted management right of tillable fields and grass land cannot be inherited. On this basis, this paper analyzes the defects in the present inheritance system of rural land contracted management rights, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems of improving the inheritance system of rural land contracted management rights.
