| 摘 要： | 对我国现行国家助学贷款制度存在的问题进行了认真的分析,找出了政策的内在矛盾,并提出了相应的见解:完善法律法规,确保助学贷款政策的连续性;积极探索新型助学贷款运作模式;积极推行生源地助学贷款模式;全社会齐抓共管,共同防范贷款风险。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts analysis on the problems in the present China's national student loan system,and finds the internal contradictions and puts forward corresponding measures:to perfect legal regulations to guarantee the continuity of student-loan policy;to actively explore new operation models for student loan;to actively promote source-place student loan model;and to have the whole society involved in the management to prevent loan risks. |
