This paper studies the meaning of wet land,defines tourism resources of wet land based on combining the definition of tourism resources,analyzes and summarizes the six characteristics of tourism resources of wet land,discussses the classification according to self-attribute of wet land resources and according to the attribute of tourism activities of the wet land,summarizes the significance for studying wet land tourism resources,points out that the study of tourism resources is helpful to protecting resources and to more reasonably making comments on tourism spots resources,which is the development trend of tourism industry.
