| 摘 要： | 介绍了产品在试制阶段产品的可靠性变化 ,并用可靠性增长数学模型对其变化情况进行了描述。该数学模型不仅可以用来对产品的可靠性进行评估 ,而且还可以用其预测值来进行质量管理。

This mathematical model can be used in evaluating the reliability of products, furthermore, the quality control of products can be done with the predictive values from the model. |
