How to confront new century in organic chemistry teaching --exploration and practice in teaching reform of organic chemistry

Based on author's teaching experience of many years, it were discussed how to change the educational concept, to reform the teaching contents and methods, and to explore the teaching law and effective methods which can meet the needs of the new century in the teaching of organic chemistry. All these aim at improving the students' ability and cultivating people with high quality and creative mind.
