| 摘 要： | 网络技术、通信技术和空间信息技术的飞速发展为环境保护提供了新的技术手段。在分析国内城市环保信息化现状的基础上,对基于“3S”技术的城市环保信息系统进行了整体设计,探讨了系统的总体结构、数据组织和功能设计,阐述了系统的开发环境、系统集成等关键技术。

| Abstract: | Rapid development of network technology,communication technology and space technology provides new technological method for environment protection.Based on analysis of current situation of domestic urban environment protection information,this paper overall designs urban environment protection information system based on "3S" technology,discusses overall structure,data organization and function design of the system and elaborates key technologies of the system such as development environment,system integration and so on. |
