| 摘 要： | 采用了幅度调制和解调算法来实现位置敏感探测器的信号处理,以消除由于日光和荧光等环境杂散光带来的噪声信号。位置敏感探测器电极输出的电流信号经过幅度调制/解调后,由低通滤波器滤除高频噪声信号,这种方法比采用分析和实验的脉冲幅度调制更有效。同时,方法还可用于在单片位置敏感探测器上进行多光点位置测量的信号处理。

| Abstract: | The signal processing for a position sensitive detector(PSD) using an amplitud emodulation/demodulation algorithm is addressed in this article.The external noises,such as daylight and fluorescent lights are eliminated by using the amplitude modulation/demodulation and a low pass filter.The proposed amplitude modulation method is proved to be more accurate and robust than the pulse ampitude modulation method(PAM) by using analysis and experiments.Multiple measurements technique using one PSD sensor by the am... |
