摘    要:基于CT图像,采用反求工程(RE)与计算机辅助设计(CAD),研发了一套个体化假体的计算机辅助设计系统.采用本系统,可设计出良好匹配的个体化假体,完全可以用于临床.以髋骨关节反求为实例,对股骨上段做CT断层3 mm扫描,得到CT数据图像,用开发的系统对CT二维图像进行处理,获得骨骼内外轮廓,提取骨骼轮廓数据,重建骨骼三维模型,利用CAD软件solidworks2004设计假体,并模拟植入过程.设计的假体符合髓腔结构并可植入髓腔内.通过研究CT图像的个体化假体反求设计,证明该方法有效可行.

CT Image-based Reverse Design of Custom Made Stem

Abstract:In this paper,a computer aided design system for custom made stem is developed with aid of RE,CAD and CT image.With this system,the custom made femoral stem can be designed and applied in the clinic.The developed system was used to deal with the CT image data gained by CT scanning(3 mm thick) on man's hipbone.After gaining the data of inner and outer bone contours,we restructured a 3-deimentional model of the bone,designed a three-dimensional stem shape and simulated the planting process with the CAD design software Solidworks2004.The stem shape was found to be fit in and can be planted into marrow cavity.By studying CT image based reverse design of custom made stem,we found this method effective and feasible,which may promote the development of custom made stem and manual joints and provide reference for creating the 3-dimensional model of other human organs.
