损失规避下多零售商供应链的质量控制研究

针对损失规避与质量控制背景下的多零售商供应链协调问题,研究了一种多零售商供应链协调模型。首先运用效用函数刻画了各零售商的损失规避行为;其次从分散决策与集中决策角度分析了供应链各成员的最优策略;接着通过质量成本共担合同构建了多零售商供应链协调模型,证明该合同实现了供应链整体最优。最后通过数值分析,验证了合同的有效性,揭示了损失规避系数等因素对供应链各成员利润的影响。分析结果表明:在分散决策下,零售商总体最优订购量是零售商损失规避系数的严格减函数,是零售商个数的严格增函数,是供应商产品质量水平的严格增函数;通过引入质量成本共担合同使供应链达到协调,增加了各供应链成员的利润,提高了产品质量水平,提升了供应链的竞争力。

Research on Quality Control of Multi-retailer Supply Chain Under Loss Aversion

Aiming at the problem of multi-retailer supply chain coordination based on loss aversion and quality control, this paper studies a multi-retailer supply chain coordination model. Firstly, the loss aversion of retailers is portrayed by the utility function. Secondly, it analyzes the optimal strategies of each member of the supply chain under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making respectively. Thirdly, the supply chain coordination model is constructed through the quality cost sharing contract. It is proved that the contract can optimize the overall supply chain. Finally, through numerical examples, the validity of the contract is verified, and the influence of factors such as loss aversion on the optimal strategy and profit of each member of the supply chain is revealed.The results show that: under the decentralizedsupply chain, the retailer''s overall optimal order quantity strictly decreases with the retailer''s loss aversion coefficient,strictly increases with the number of retailers, and strictly increases with the supplier''s product quality level; the qualitycost sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain, increase the profits of each supply chain member, improve productquality levels and improve the competitiveness of the supply chain.
