摘 要: | 针对目前直流窗机基本上都是通过控制电机运行时间进行开窗位置设定,控制策略简单,很难实现很好的定位及施工成本较高的问题,对窗机进行技术改造,在窗机中加入位置反馈,并在内部嵌入LPC932单片机进行闭环位置控制,以提高其控制精度.考虑到节约施工成本的问题,引入Modbus现场总线控制模式,设计出一种可以通过现场总线进行网络闭环控制的新型直流窗机.测试结果表明,新型窗机起动和停止时无噪声,能够在开合角度方面进行精确控制,性能明显优于传统窗机.
