| 摘 要： | 针对安装有张紧同步带轮的两轮同步带传动装置,导出了同步带的总长度.为使同步带在传动过程中由于带轮偏心的影响而产生的弹性变形的变化量最小,给出了带长变化量的目标函数、优化方法及相应的约束条件,并通过算例进行了验证,为保证同步带传动的精度和安装提供了理论基础.

| Abstract: | According to a synchronous belt driving mechanism with tension pulley, the total length of the synchronous belt was deduced. In order to get the minimum value of the elastic deformation caused by the eccentric pulley as the synchronous belt driving mechanism was running, this paper presented the object function and constraints of the elastic deformation and achieved the optimization through an example.
