理性、权利与正义——康德的政治伦理思想研究

康德在实践理性的基础上建构了道德形而上学,并且进一步探讨了人类社会中以正义和权利概念为核心的政治伦理,进而逐步实现普遍法治的公民社会,从而保证公民作为同样的自由意志的存在者能够在这个社会中和谐共存。最终,人类要实现永久和平。由此,康德在马基雅维里之后重建了政治与道德的统一。康德提出的正义、自由、平等和国家和谐等思想有着重要的理论价值和指导意义。

Reason, Rights and Justice——On Kantian Political Ethics

Based on the doctrine of practical reason,Kant framed his ethical metaphysics,further explored political ethics in human society regarding the concept of right and justice as the kernel,and then expected he gradual realization of civil society under the rule of law.Thus the citizens with the same free will can harmoniously coexist in society.Finally,mankind will realize perpetual peace all over the world.Hence,Kant reframed the union of politics and ethics after Machiavelli.The ideas such as justice,freedom,equality and state's harmony advanced by Kant are of important theoretical value and guiding significance.
