| 摘 要： | 典当业经过十几年的发展，典当物范围已经由动产逐步扩展至不动产和无形财产领域，典当行业务种类也由传统的动产质押逐步扩展到所谓的权利质押典当和不动产抵押典当，这使得典当业的发展面临越来越大的法律风险。随着《物权法》的实施，如何运用法律工具，为典当行的业务发展提供支持和保障，值得思考。
