多电平逆变器技术及其原理综述

摘    要:对多电平逆变器的基本原理和多电平逆变器的各种拓扑进行了分析,同时指出了各类拓扑的优缺点。分析了已有多电平逆变器不同的载波PWM控制方法,重点研究了多载波PWM控制方法,并以二极管钳位式五电平逆变器为例进行了仿真研究。同时采用了三次谐波注入法,对输出波形的谐波进行改善。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the basic principles and topology of the multi-level inverter,giving the advantages and disadvantages of various types of topology.PWM technology is the core of a multi-level inverter.The paper also analyzes the existing multi-level inverter which is a different PWM control method,focusing on the priorities of the multi-carrier PWM control method,and using diode clamping five-level inverter as an example for a simulation study.At the same time by using the third harmonic injection method,it attempts to improve the output waveform of the harmonic.
