| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了我国中小企业发展模式具有的多样性，这些中小企业就其经济特征而言可以分为三大类，它们各有自身的特点和适用条件，从模式改革的沿革来看它们经历了五个阶段，目前已有新的突破，分析发展模式的改革存在的一些难点，提出了必须确定中小企业发展的主流模式及完善的对策。 |

| Abstract: | This thesis demonstrated that there are diverse models of the development of medium and small enterprises in China.These enterprises having their own distinguishing features and suitable conditions may be classified into three main categories according to their economic characteristics.Seen from the evolution of model reform,they have undregone five stages,however,the new breakthrough has been made at present.Having analysed some difficult points existing in the reform of the models of developmet,the thesis advanced that we must determine the mainstream model and perfect countermeasure in developing medium and small enterprises. |
