| 摘 要： | 高职的顶岗实习是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。顶岗实习工作做得好,能带动和促进就业。通过分析顶岗实习的意义及实习与就业的关系,针对目前顶岗实习存在的主要问题,提出了加强顶岗实习管理和提高顶岗实习质量的对策。
