| 摘 要： | 创业板刚刚建立,有关的审批、监管制度还不够完善,因此对创业板上市公司特别是IPO过程中的盈余管理研究显得格外重要,不仅可以帮助财务信息使用者全面、正确地认识创业板上市公司的盈余质量及价值,也可以为规范创业板上市行为提供依据及建议,为促进企业的资本市场持续稳定发展奠定基础。
