掺铒光纤激光器及其特性

摘    要:研究了掺铒光纤激光器,利用掺铒光纤在1550nm的增益特性,用980nm的泵浦光注入,通过光纤光栅滤波和光振荡,从而得到波长为1550.24nm,3dB带宽为0.06nm,输出功率为20mW的激光.在此基础上对影响功率稳定性的因素进行了分析,提出了具体的改进措施.结果表明,激光器的功率稳定性得到明显提高.

Abstract:With the wide application of the fiber lasers in optical communication,sensors,medicine,industry process and so on,they are becoming the most important optical source of laser in the future.Based on the character of the EDF gain at 1?550?nm,a laser diode(980?nm) acted as the pumping source,a Bragg grating used as filter,a ring-cavity all-fiber laser worked at 1?550.24?nm was demonstrated with an output power of 20 mW and a bandwidth of 0.06?nm at 3?dB.The stability of the laser was analyed detailedly and the ways to solve the problems were given.Finaly,the result shows that the stability of the laser was better.
