摘    要:通过对 T 型杂交小麦的酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶的分析,乳熟期籽粒酯酶酶带清晰、丰富,不同组合差异明显,而过氧化物酶效果较差.双亲互补匀浆酯酶同工酶,基本上能反映 F1 酶谱类型.一般情况下,具有杂种酶型、互补酶型或偏向性状好的父本酶型为强优势组合;而无差异酶型或偏母本酶型的组合优势较弱.对幼苗互补匀浆的氧化活性测定表明,强优势组合耗氧量大,弱优势组合耗氧量少;在具有特殊超亲优势的组合中,亲本互补的匀浆氧化活性也有超亲的趋势,但在一般优势、弱优势组合中,规律性不明显

Abstract:The preliminary analysis of esterase and peroxidase isozyme in stable T type wheat shows:the esterase isozyme bands in the milk stage is distinct, obvious and abundant;the diversity of different combination is evident but the effect of peroxidase is poor;the mutual complement of the homogenate of esterase parents can basically reflect the zymegram type of F 1 generation.Under general condition,the male parent of hybrid enzyme type,or of complementary enzyme type,or of good partial quality,may serve as a strong dominant combination while the one of non diversity type or of female parent type has weak advantages. The result of determining the oxidizing activity in the seedling homogenate indicates that the hybrid variety in strong dominant combination sonsumes more oxygen than that in weak dominant combination;in a combination that is especially superior to the parents,the oxidizing activity in the homogenate of complementary parents also has the tendeney of being superior to its parents.But in an ordinary dominant or weak dominant combination,the regularity is not distinct.
