数字高程模型数据分布规律的研究

摘    要:数字高程模型(DEM)为"数字地球"的重要组成部分,在数字制图、地理信息系统、遥感等领域得到广泛的应用.在用分层设色表示地貌时,DEM数据分布规律是合理地选择色层和色度的重要参考依据.一般认为,自然地形的起伏满足随机分布规律,DEM数据服从正态分布,笔者用严密的数理统计方法--皮尔逊χ2检验对此进行了检验,结果表明:DEM数据实际上并不服从正态分布,其总体分布呈现出中间大两头小、前偏的形态.该结果对于进一步研究DEM数据的分布规律具有参考价值.

Abstract:DEM data,one of important parts in "Digital Earth",is widely applied in a variety of aspects including digital cartography,GIS and remote sensing.The distribution law of DEM data can provide the reference evidence for selecting color layer and chroma to represent landform.It is previously believed that the gurgitation of natural terrain satisfies random distribution,and DEM data is distributed as normal distribution The experimental result,which was obtained with the method of Pearson's chi-squared test,proves that DEM data is actually distributed as forward partial form with a small head and tail,and a large body,but not distributed as normal distribution.The result is of reference value for further investigating the distribution law of DEM data.
