哌啶酮阴极电还原合成哌啶醇

摘    要:常温、常压下采用电化学法合成哌啶醇,反应选择性好,产品单一,易分离,且电解液可循环使用.以锌作阴极材料,研究了电量、电流密度、氢氧化钠浓度、乙醇浓度、哌啶酮浓度对哌啶酮转化率的影响,得出最佳反应条件:电量1.1F/mol,电流密度300A/m2,0.50mol/L的氢氧化钠,φ(乙醇)为30%,哌啶酮浓度1.0mol/L.在此条件下,哌啶醇的平均产率为95.40%,经分离,产品纯度达99%以上.

Abstract:Electrochemical method is used to synthesize piperidinol in normal temperature,normal pressure.Selectivity of reaction is higher,the product is singleness and easy to separate,and electrolyte solution can be cycled to use.The product is analysized through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,which there are piperidinol and few piperidone in product.Percent conversion of piperidone is the yield of piperdinol.The key of electrochemical synthesis piperidinol is to select reaction electrode.The article selects Zn as reaction electrode,and discusses influence of passed charged,current density,the electrolyte concentration,alcohol concentration on percent conversion of piperidone.The most optimum conditions are: passed charge 1.1F/mol,current density 300*!A/m~2,sodium hydroxide concentration 0.50*!mol/L,alcohol contentration 30%,piperidone concentration 1.00*!mol/L.In the most optimum condition,mean yield is 95.40%,product purification is 99% over.
