| Abstract: | E.coli has widely been used in expressing a great variety of heterologeous genes,but many factors contribute to influencing the expression.This review summarizes the optimarized expression strategies according to the influencial factors,which will help to take effective measures to improve the expressional efficiency of heterologous genes in E.coli. |
