| 摘 要： | 采用对比实验法、问卷调查法进行研究．结果表明让学生参与到课堂教学实践中来，打破了长期以来排球专业选修课的模式，调动了学生的学习积极性、主动性和创造性．学生在不断地钻研教材，阅读材料，编写教案，备课和不同的角色扮演过程中，学习了专业知识，熟悉了教材教法，从多方面拓宽了学生知识领域，提高了学生的教学能力．是适合当前教学需要的一种比较理想的方法．

| Abstract: | With contrast experiment, questionnaire investigation and video, the research result shows that students participate in classroom teaching, which breaks long-term pattern of volleyball professional elective courses,and arouses creativity, initiative and learning enthusiasm of students. Therefore is a kind of ideal method that meets teaching needs. |
