头孢克洛分子烙印聚合物的识别特性

摘    要:采用分子烙印技术,以头孢克洛为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂合成了对头孢克洛具有高度选择性的烙印聚合物.通过平衡吸附实验,研究了头孢克洛烙印聚合物的结合特性.Scatchard分析表明,在该聚合物中存在对头孢克洛有不同亲和力的2类作用位点.通过与头孢克洛类似物质在该聚合物上吸附行为的比较,表明该聚合物对头孢克洛具有很好的选择性。

Abstract:A molecularly imprinted polymer highly selective for cefaclor was prepared by molecular imprinting technique with methacrylic acid as function monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross linker. Its selectivity to cefaclor was evaluated by batch adsorption experiments. Scatchard analysis indicated that there were two classes of recognition sites in cefaclor-imprinted polymer which had different affinity to cefaclor Furthermore,cefaclor-imprinted polymer displayed higher selectivity for cefaclor than imidacloprid. The results in this study show that the cefaclor-imprinted polymer can be used to selectively adsorb acetaniprid.
