| 摘 要： | 该文特厄密函数作为包络波函数，利用传递矩阵方法计算了电子隧穿ＧａＡｓ／Ｇａ（１－ｘ）ＡｌｘＡｓ双量子阱超晶格在外加电磁场作用下的传输系数，并对计算结果作了讨论．

| Abstract: | In this paper,by means of the Hermitian functions as envelope functionsand by using transfet matrixmethod,we calculate the transmission coefficien for electrons trunneling through doubles-quantums well GaAs/Ga(1-x)AlxAs superlattices undercrossed magnetic and electric fields. The discussion about the calculated results are alsopresented. |
