| 摘 要： | 用GC－MS方法对柏子仁油进行定性和定量分析，鉴定了柏子仁油中的15种脂肪酸，并测定了各脂肪酸的相对含量，其主要不饱和脂肪酸为亚油酸，亚麻酸和花生四烯酸等，占脂酸的83．14％。

| Abstract: | The method of GC-MS was used for the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the compositions of fat-soluble substance in seed of oriental arborvitae.The 15 different fatty acids and the relative contents of the acids have been determined.The main unsaturated fatty acids include linoleic acid,linolenic acid,arachidonic acid and so on,which make up 83.14% of the total fatty acids. |
