跳高技术的发展与展望

摘    要:该文主要阐述了跳高技术的演变过程与展望跳高技术未来的发展.通过回顾与分析,有以下几点启示:改进了助跑方式,提高了助跑速度;改进了起跳的摆腿方式,提高了起跳速度和力量;改进了过杆动作,减小了H3的距离.从80年代创或平世界纪录男子跳高运动员的身高和跳过的绝对高度展望未来跳高技术的发展,分析了跳高世界纪录大幅度提高的原因.根据男、女跳高运动员运动成绩平均每年增长速度,预测男、女跳高运动员超过2.60m、2.25m高的横杆,应具备的条件和所用的时限.

Abstract:The paper mainly discusses the past progression of the high jump technique and look into the future development of the technique. Through the review and analysis, we can gain the follow insights into the past development of the high jump technique: perfect the way of the approach, raise the approach speed, alter the swing fashion in the take-off,increase the speed and power in the take-off, improve the action of clearing-bar, and cut down the phase of the H3. Presentiong an outlook of the future trend and development of the high jump technigue in light of the body height and the absolute height of clearing-bar for the male jumper who broke or tied the world record in 1980's the paper also analyze the reasons why the world record have been promoted considerably. Based on the average yearly progressive range which male and female athleles have demonstrated, we forcast the necessary conditions and time-limit with which the male can clear the 2. 60 m and the female the 2. 25 m.
