摘    要:本文研究了水分胁迫下冬小麦幼苗CTK类型的变化,结果表明,在品种太原633根中均含有所测的ZR,Z和DHZ3种CTK。其中Z含量最高,水分胁迫时波动较大,而ZR和DHZ含量较少,且波动较小;在太原633叶片中只含有Z和ZR,未测到DHZ存在,且二者波动变化基本一致。

Abstract:In this thesis,we studied the variations of difference cytokinin types in winter wheat seedling tinder water stress. The results indicated that three types of cytokinins were determined in Taiyuan 633 roots, they were zeatinride, zeatin and dihydrozeatin, and zeatin was the highest but zeatinride and dihydrozeatin had less in content. Zeatin fluctuated more severe than zeatinride and dihydrozeatin. But only zeatin and zeatinride were determined in Taiyuan 633 leaves. There was no dihydrozeatin, and the fluctuating variations of zeatin and zeatinride were the same.
