月季花色素对运动小鼠抗氧化酶系统及乳酸含量的影响

摘    要:研究月季花色素(rose anthocyanin,RA)对小鼠运动能力和抗氧化能力的影响,探讨其抗运动性疲劳的机制.选取32只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组(control group,C)、补充月季花色素组(rose anthocyanin group,R,按0.01 mL/g补充月季花色素),每组16只.4周后,每组8只力竭运动,记录游泳至力竭的时间;每组另8只进行定量负荷(负3%体重)后测定小鼠血清和骨骼肌中MDA、血乳酸含量与SOD,GSH-PX,CAT及小鼠骨骼肌中LDH活性.结果表明:1)补充月季花色素可显著延长小鼠运动至力竭时间(P<0.05),降低小鼠血清和骨骼肌中血乳酸含量(P<0.05),并提高小鼠骨骼肌中LDH活性(P<0.05);2)R组小鼠血清和骨骼肌中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD,GSH-PX,CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05).由此可知,月季花色素可显著增强小鼠体内多种抗氧化酶的活性,延迟运动性疲劳的产生,提高运动能力.
