摘    要:对比分析国内传统液压回路系统和国外新型液压伺服系统.探讨国外新型液压伺服系统的节能特点.新型液压伺服系统通过消除液压系统不动作时的能量消耗和减少动作时的能量消耗来实现系统的节能.并在搭载上述两种液压系统的注塑机上对两种塑料制品进行加工试验.通过试验对理论分析结果加以验证.结果表明.国外新型液压伺服系统的节能率均高于国内传统液压系统50%以上.降低能耗效果明显.

Analysis on Energy Consumption of Injection Molding Machines Based on Two Different Hydraulic Circuits

Abstract:The differences between domestic conventional hydraulic circuit system and foreign new hydraulic servo system was analyzed, and the energy saving feature of foreign new hydraulic servo system was explored. New hydraulic servo system realized the energy-saving by eliminating the energy consumption when the system wasn't working and reducing the energy consumption when the system was working. The theoretical analysis result was verified by manufacturing two kinds of plastic products on injection molding machine with both hydraulic system above. The results shows that foreign new hydraulic saves 50% energy more than domestic conventional hydraulic system, and the reduced energy consumption is significant.
