摘    要:以聚乳酸纤维、木棉和超吸水纤维的混和针刺层作为里层,麻赛尔纤维和聚丙烯纤维的混和针刺层作为表层,采用热黏合技术进行复合,制备医用复合敷料.考察了热黏合工艺中的黏合温度、输送速度和黏合压力等工艺参数对产品性能的影响.实验结果表明,当黏合温度为130℃、输送速度为3.8 m/min、黏合压力为0.03 MPa时产品性能最优.

Influence of Thermal Bonding Process on the Performance of Medical Non-woven Dressing

Abstract:Thermal bonding technology is employed to produce the medical composite dressings with poly lactic acid fiber, the kapok and super absorbent fiber hybrid needled layers used as an inner layer, Jutecell and PP mixed acupuncture layer used as a surface layer. The effects of the process parameters such as bonding temperature, conveying speed and bonding pressure on product performance are studied. The results reveal that the best performance of the prepared dressings emerges when the bonding temperature is in 130 ℃, the conveying speed at 3.8 meter per min, bonding pressure in 0.03 MPa.
