基于遗传算法的公路养护资源最优分配

摘    要:为寻找资源最优分配时的养护策略,采用遗传算法进行求解.将多年养护策略表示为染色体,每种养护方式采用二进制编码形式用两个基因表示,各年的养护策略由路面和桥面两部分构成,并通过试验标定遗传算法的主要参数;为提高养护资源利用率,在分别进行路面和桥面养护资源独立优化分配的基础上,使二者资源实现共享,进一步提高了养护后设施的性能.算例结果表明,基于遗传算法的最优养护策略使养护后的路面和桥面性能分别提高1.8%和0.4%.

Abstract:To gain in highway maintenance strategies when resources are allocated optimally,a genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed.The multi-year maintenance strategy is regarded as chromosome,and each maintenance alternative is encoded as two genes i.e.,as 0 and 1.In the chromosome,each year's maintenance strategy composed of pavements and bridge decks,and parameters of GA are estimated via experiments.To utilize maintenance resources efficiently,after pavement and bridge deck resources optimally allocated respectively,sharing of maintenance resources between the two facilities is realized using GA.Results of numerical example showed that the average condition of pavement and bridge rose 1.8% and 0.4% respectively using the method of GA for resources allocation.
