几种烟火药火焰光谱的研究

摘    要:目的 研究几种烟火药试样的火焰光谱,方法 将含有Na、K、Rb、Cs硝酸盐氧化剂的烟火药剂制成药柱,用光学多通道分析仪OMA-4进行测试,分析各试样在烟火药火焰光谱中的辐射波段,结果 除Na以外,K、Cs、Rb在红外区域都有较强且展宽的辐射,在燃烧反应过程中,激发出原子或分子辐射,从而增强红外区域的辐射,结论K、Rb、Cs的硝酸盐适于作红外照明烟火药剂的氧化剂。

Abstract:Aim To determine the flame spectra of the samples of several pyrotechnic mixes. Methods Pyrotechnic columns were made from the pyrotechnic mixes conta ining the mitrate of Na, K, Rb and Cs The flame spectra were measured by OMA- 4. The radiation bands in the spectra of pyrotechnic mixes containing the nitrate oxidizen such as NaNO3, KNO3, RbNO3 and CsNO3 were analyzed. Results K, Cs and Rb, expect Na, have stronger and wider radiation in the infrared area, which can activate the radiation of actom or molecule in the proccess of combustion so as to enhance the infrared radiation. Conclusion The nitrate of K, Rb and Cs are suitable for being used as oxidizer in the pyrotechnic mixes for infrared illuminant flare.
