微小型滚刀设计与参数选择

摘    要:为模数小于0.1 mm的微小型滚刀提出了一套完整而准确的设计理论与方法.结合普通滚刀设计方法与经验,运用力学知识和有限元分析对微小型滚刀的没计理论与方法进行探讨.通过实例证明了提出的设计方法的正确性.

Abstract:A set of complete and accurate design theory and method is put forward for the micro hob of which the modulus is less than 0.1 mm. Combining the regular method and experience of hob design, this paper gives the preliminary study of design theory and method using mechanics knowledge and finite element analysis. As a result, the design method proposed in this paper is proved the be correct by particular example.
