铝粉粉尘云和戊烷云雾燃烧诱导爆炸研究

摘    要:目的 在实验室内研究常见的粉尘、气云工业爆炸灾害。方法 建立相应的实验研究系统,分别以铝粉、戊烷为例,对弱点火条件下可燃粉尘、气云燃烧、爆炸和爆轰进行分析。结果在实验室内再现了粉尘、气云燃烧、爆炸、爆轰过程,并测得了该过程中的压力和火焰信号。结论 弱点火条件下粉尘、气云爆炸过程可分为激波诱导段、激波形成段、激波增强段和爆轰段。

Abstract:Aim To study the explosions induced by combustible dust and vapor cloud. Methods The experiment system was developed. Aluminum powder and pentane were taken as examples, and explosions of dust and vapor cloud induced by combustion under the weak ignition condition were studied. Results The combustion, explosion and detonation process was performed with the experimental set up and the pressure histories and flame signals were detected. Conclusion The experimental set up is practical, and the explosion process induced by week ignition may be divided into induction period, formation period, development period and detonation period.
