| 摘 要： | 技术寻求型对外直接投资是以获取先进技术为目的,其依赖于反向溢出效应的存在.通过对两阶段完全信息古诺博弈模型的修正和扩展,加入吸收能力和溢出量2个因素,从逻辑上研究反向溢出效应与技术寻求型FDI之间的关系.结果表明,TSFDI的存在依赖于反向溢出效应,但需要在一定的技术差距和吸收能力的条件下才能发生.
