摘    要:在研究柱塞泵流量脉动的基础上,设计了通轴式双排轴向柱塞泵,建立通轴式双排轴向柱塞泵流量数学方程,对不同柱塞数目和分布等结构参数的柱塞泵流量脉动进行研究,得到通轴式双排轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动变化规律.以流量不均匀系数低为目标,得到低流量脉动率的柱塞泵结构参数指标.

Abstract:The flow ripple has become one of the important factors that affect the performance of the piston pump.In this paper,an inline type double row axial piston pump was designed based on the study results of flow ripple,and the flow equation of the double row axial piston pump was established.With the different plunger parameters such as plunger size,number,and distribution,the flow ripple was calculated and analyzed,and the flow pulsation change rule of the double row axial piston pump was obtained.Taking the low non-uniform coefficient of flow as the optimization objective,the plunger parameters of the piston pump with the minimum flow pulsation were obtained,laying a theoretical foundation for the design of the inline type double row axial piston pump.
