| 摘 要： | 论述了在统一的集在环境下，基于零件特征的组合夹具原型系统ＦＪＩＧ的设计原理和实现方法，利用特生模型提供的几何数据，特征数据，ＣＡＰＰ加工数据来实现组合实现定位和夹肾特征的自动确定，元件自动布置，组装和结果输出等过程。

| Abstract: | Describes the principles and methods to realize a prototype system FJIG for modular fixture design in an unified integration environment. Using the geometric data, feature data and machining data in CAPP from the feature based product model, FJIGcan automatically recognize the locating and clamping features and determine the layout of fixture elements. A workpiece fixture is assembled and the design results are given as the output. |
