基于MC9S12DP512的AMT电控单元测试及故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:为了在产品开发中保证ECU的性能及在使用过程中对其进行故障诊断,基于MC9S12DP512开发了某AMT电控单元ECU的测试及故障诊断系统,该系统能够模拟产生ECU在实际运行过程中的各种输入信号,以及其所需要驱动的执行器,通过反馈值与激励值之间的比较实现对ECU各模块的快速检测.实验结果表明,测试及故障诊断系统运行准确、可靠,实现了对某AMT电控单元ECU的功能验收与故障诊断功能.

Abstract:To detect the failure of electronic control unit(ECU)during the product development and to diagnose its faults in the process of use,a testing and fault diagnosis system based on MC9S12DP512for a certain AMT electronic control unit has been developed.The system can simulate various input signals and actuators during operation.Through the comparison between the feedback value and stimulation value,the detection to each module can be achieved rapidly.Experimental results show that the operation of this system...
