微波对钙基膨润土钠化的影响

摘    要:研究微波对钙基膨润土钠化的影响,通过改变微波处理膨润土的时间,膨润土的形态,以及微波处理的阶段等条件,测定了处理前后钠化膨润土的阳离子交换容量的大小,结果表明,微波处理对于膨润土干粉钠化具有很好的促进活化作用,膨润土干粉处理优于水浆处理,且在提纯前进行微波处理既有利于膨润土活化,又方便试验操作,钠化进行时微波处理可以提高反应速率,明显缩短交换所需要的时间。

Abstract:The effect of microwave on the substitution of sodium element for calcium element in Ca montrmorillonite was studied. The exchange capacity of Na montmonillonite was determined by means of changing conditions, such as the treating time, the treating stage and the phase of montmonillonite. The result shows that treating by microwave is an excellent method for activating this reaction, the montmonillonite treated in solid phase is superior to that treated in suspended phase, treating before purifying process is beneficial not only to activation of this substitution but also to operation of the test; furthermore, microwave treating can increase the rate of this reaction apparently.
