摘    要:研究了新型6自由度轮胎试验机试验原理及轮胎载荷的解析方法. 应用多体动力学理论以及空间坐标旋转变换矩阵,求得各种试验工况下的作动缸长度. 考虑各个作动缸受力方向、轴向力传感器测量方向、作动缸向量的方向,以及存在侧偏角时轮胎力的空间转换,得出了轮胎地面3个方向力的解算方法. 利用空间向量运算方法得出了轮胎地面3个方向力矩的解算方法,建立了轮胎试验机的仿真模型. 通过轮胎稳态侧偏力学特性试验以及轮胎稳态侧倾力学特性试验的仿真分析,验证了作动缸运动规律的理论分析的正确性. 通过轮胎稳态侧倾侧偏复合工况力学特性试验仿真分析,验证了轮胎地面6分力载荷的解算方法的正确性.

Abstract:The test principle of a new six-freedom tire test bench and analytical method of tire load were studied. Using multi-body dynamics theory and rotational transformation matrix, the actuator lengths of tire test conditions were obtained. Considering the directions of the actuator forces, the force sensor measurement, the actuator vector, and the rotational transformation of the tire force when there was a side slip angle, the tire forces in three directions were solved. Using the actuator force vector, the vector of each actuator arm and the space vector operation, the tire moments were solved. A simulation model of the tire test bench was built. The camber test and the side slip test were simulated. Simulation results show that the solution method of the actuators motion law is correct. The tire multi-condition test was simulated. Simulation results indicate that the solution method for the six components computation of tire load is feasible.
