紫外分光光度法测定羟丙基甲基纤维素偏苯三甲酸酯的电离常数

摘    要:建立了紫外分光光度法测定羟丙基甲基纤维素偏苯三甲酸酯(HPMCT)电离常数的方法.介绍了测试原理、测试步骤和数据处理方法等.测定结果表明:溶剂、溶液pH值和测定波长是影响测定结果的关键因素;测定得到自行合成的酯化率为32.34%的HPMCT在无水乙醇-水体系中的pKa值为4.77.

Abstract:Establishes a new method for the determination of ionization equilibrium constant of HPMCT using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and illustrates the details about the principle,steps,and data processings.The solvent,pH value of the solution and the wave length at which the absorbancy is determined are the three major factors influencing the result precision.The pKa value of HPMCT having esterification rate 32.34% in the solvent of ethanol-water was 4.77.UV spectrophotometry giving the ionization constants of HPMCT is based on two facts: firstly the trimellitate group is chromogenic,secondly the HPMCT can readily dissolve in ethanol-water.
