摘    要:文中介绍的超导转子为不完整球形的空心薄壁转子,针对该特殊结构的转子,利用气浮法进行静平衡测量,对现有的气浮测量装置进行改进,设计了一套静平衡检测的工装以及检测方法. 该方法采用两个不同质量的工装与超导转子进行装配,使用静压气体轴承进行气浮,采用三点拾取法,通过高精度电涡流传感器测量不平衡方位的偏角,根据不平衡计算公式,得出转子不平衡量的大小和方位.

Abstract:This article presents an incomplete spherical superconducting rotor. A set of static balance tooling and detection methods for the special rotor were designed to improve the existing flotation measuring device with a flotation method. In this method, two toolings with different weights and superconducting rotors were assembled and flotation was attained via pressurized gas bearing. Then the rotor was floated by the gas bearing. And the unbalanced azimuth angle can be measured through high-precision electric eddy current sensor by three point pick-up method. According to the calculation formula of the imbalance, rotor unbalance quantity and range can be acquired.
