摘    要:为了优化活塞式高低压发射系统的结构,基于经典内弹道方程和计算流体动力学方程建立内弹道耦合方程,利用Fluent软件建立活塞式高低压发射系统膛内空间的三维气流模型,对发射过程中的膛内流场进行仿真分析,并进行发射实验验证仿真分析结果. 仿真与实验结果表明,基于发射筒内气流的三维模型可以得到高低压内部火药气体流场的细节,为高低压发射系统的设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the coupled equation of classical interior ballistic theory and computational fluid dynamics theory, the gas flow in bore of piston high-low pressure launcher is modeled using Fluent and analyses the gas flow in the launch process to optimize the structure of piston high-low pressure launcher in this paper. Experiments are carried on to validate the analyses. The results of simulation and experiments show the details of interior flow field according to its 3-D model, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of piston high-low pressure launcher.
