市场知识转移对产品研发能力的影响研究

摘    要:为研究市场知识转移对产品研发能力的影响,构建了市场知识转移、企业文化以及产品研发能力的关系模型,基于250家企业的调查数据,采用结构方程分析方法和层次回归模型方法对模型进行了检验,证实市场知识共享能力、市场知识转移渠道以及市场知识吸收能力均对产品研发能力具有正向影响,而支持型企业文化和创新型企业文化能够强化这一影响.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of market knowledge transfer to product R&D capability, a relational model of market knowledge transfer, corporate culture and product R&D capability was constructed and verified by using structural equation methodology analysis and hierarchical regression model based on the survey data of 250 enterprises, the results indicate that market knowledge sharing capacity, market knowledge transfer channels and market knowledge absorbing capacity have a positive influence on product R&D capability, while supportive culture and creative culture can strengthen the influence.
