双曲线冷却塔爆破拆除数值模拟研究

摘    要:利用LS-DYNA对北京京丰热电厂95 m高钢筋混凝土双曲线冷却塔爆破拆除进行模拟分析,建立3种不同爆破切口角的有限元模型,研究切口角度对冷却塔影响,分析了正常的切口角度(234°)下冷却塔倒塌机理. 研究结果表明,较小的切口角度(210°)会造成冷却塔在倒塌过程中屈曲失稳,而较大切口角度(250°)时会造成支撑部位提前破坏,易出现后坐现象,两者均不利于倒塌的控制.

Abstract:Three FEA models of the demolition were established for 95 meters high reinforced concrete hyperbolic cooling tower with differernt blasting incision angles to analysis collapse mechanism by LS-DYNA. The result shows that the failure pattern is well collapsed damage when the angle is normal angle (234°), the failure pattern is buckling instability when the angle(210°) is smaller than normal angle,it is easy to produce the recoil when the angle(250°) is larger than normal angle. Two case above are not conductive to control collapse.
