| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种带有位移传感系统的新型气缸及其位移传感系统的结构特点；据此开发一个用于计算机控制系统的位移反馈信号的处理与计数系统，以达到对这种对新型气缸动态位移的监测，并给出了计数系统性能实验数据及应用此监测系统的气缸动态位移特性实验结果。

| Abstract: | A new type of position-sensing cylinder is proposed. On the basis of introducing the structure characterishc of the position sensor system a position feedback signal handling and counting system used in computer control system is studied to supervise the cylinder's dynamic position. The characteristic experiment of the counting system and the dynamic position real the experiment of the cylinder are described. |
