摘    要:不适应并行工程环境下的产品开发模式,研究开发面向并行工程(CE)的CAD/DFM/CAPP集成系统。综合运用设计过程加的细化循环、DFM层次评价指标体系、模糊多目标多层次可制造性综合评价、企业制造资源建模及在系统中的应用等关键技术进行系统开发。通过细经设计循环,保证了CAD,DFM和CAPP的并行集成;所采用的评价指标体系及评价方法能对CAD,CAPP的设计结果进行全面、合理的评价和及时的信息反馈

Abstract:In order to adapt the pattern of product development under the concurrent engineering environment, the CE oriented CAD/DFM/CAPP integrated system was studied and developed. According to the characteristics of concurrent and integration under the CE environment, the key techniques of the micro cycle design, an evaluation index system for DFM, the multi target and multi level fuzzy synthetic manufacturability evaluation, enterprise resource modeling and its application and so on were applied synthetically in the system's development. Micro cycle design ensured the concurrent integration of CAD,DFM and CAPP. The comprehensive and rational evaluation and prompt information feedback were realized through adopting the evaluation index system and evaluation method. Manufacturing resource modeling provided design basis for CAD,DFM and CAPP.
