摘    要:研究BCCD,ICCD,EBCCD 3种微光器件的基本性能.通过实验测量了器件在各种照度下的极限分辨力及MTF,并分析了影响器件信噪比的各种因素.研究表明BCCD有一定的微光成像能力和很强的紫外探测能力,在中等微光照度下,其性能优于目前使用最广泛的ICCD;而EBCCD在各种照度下,其性能都超过ICCD.

Abstract:BCCD, ICCD, EBCCD are three types of low light level devices based on CCD. Experimental data of their limited resolution, modulation transfer function under various conditions of illumination are presented. The factors which influence the signal to noise ratio of the three devices are analyzed. It is shown that BCCD has a certain low light level imaging ability, and that under moderate light illuminance, the performance of BCCD is better than that of ICCD. Moreover, EBCCD's performance is beyond ICCD under all kind of light illuminance.
