基于熵权的TOPSIS供应商选择方法

摘    要:结合汽车制造企业的实际,提出了供应商选择的指标体系,建立了基于熵权的逼近理想解的排序方法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)的多层次评价模型.由于在该模型中采用了熵权,从而避免了低层次多因素权重确定的主观性.通过将该模型在某汽车制造企业供应商选择中的应用,得出了其供应商的优劣排序,为该企业选择了理想的优秀供应商.

Abstract:A system of evaluation indices for supplier selection is put forward based on automobile manufacturing enterprises,and a multi-level model of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),based on entropy weight,is constructed.Because entropy weight is adopted in the model,the subjectivity in ascertaining factors' weights in lower hierarchy can be avoided.The improved model has been applied in supplier selection in some automobile manufacturing enterprises.The order preference of suppliers was attained,and the excellent and ideal suppliers were ascertained for the enterprise.
